Else Herrebout has 8+ years experience in solving strategic and operational challenges for both corporates and start-/scale-ups.
She was senior consultant at Deloitte and Head of Operations and Strategic Projects Lead at the scale-up Whoppah. Her vision on strong organisations combines learnings out of these two different worlds.

Previous Experiences
Whoppah
In various roles as MT member responsible for strategic projects and creating a future proof organisation, while the team grew from 15 to 75 people. Leading a team of data analysts to execute projects from data analysis and market research, towards strategic proposals and cross-functional implementation.
Bol.com
As Transition Lead responsible for the design of a new Operating Model for the New Infra Logistics department of Bol.com, and subsequently drove the process to successful implementation.
Also created a business case and strategy proposal for two new warehouses, and subsequently involved as PMO lead.
Lightyear
In the lead to define the new organisational structure together with the board and teams, as the company grew from 150 to 300 people. Created a detailed playbook for the teams to roll out this structure to all teams and individuals, including change management.
ING - Think Forward Initiative
​Coordinated the Fintech startup incubator of TFI, in which fintech start-ups were supported in various field to to scale their business sucesfully and improve their capabilities. Interviewed entrepreneurs to understand their challenges and find best experts, and organised the events.
