Ever since University, I've been inspired by startups breaking barriers and striving to make the world a better place. During my exchange studies in New York, I participated in a startup competition, and later launched a secondhand fashion website with a friend. Guess what: that didn’t succeed;).

I explored another career step and soon found out that many things in consulting fit me well: solving complex challenges in dynamic environments, and working with smart and driven colleagues and leaders. Working here taught me my strengths (and weaknesses!) and helped me re-discovering what made me tick. Which was going back to working with smaller, fast growing companies.

Here I found out how valuable my ‘corporate lessons’ were for smaller companies: the structures, consistency, and strong processes were things most of these companies didn't flourish in yet.

I realised I can help visionary leaders make their dreams reality by standing next to them.​

Most importantly, throughout my journey I learned how much I love working with people and companies who see their people as the heart of business and act on this.

And sometimes this means: slowing down to speed up.
